We deliver to all European Union countries with the exception of Switzerland and Luxembourg. We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible, but no later than 4 business days.

Ordered products are delivered to a selected Zásielkovňa pickup point or directly to your address. At the moment your package is dispatched, we will send you an email with shipping and tracking information.

Once the package is delivered to the pickup point, you will be notified via SMS and email. The message will also include a password needed to collect the package.
